EP Group Proposes €36-per-Share Buyout as Fnac Darty Reports €203M Operating Income
EP Group, controlled by billionaire Daniel Křetínský, launched a draft cash tender offer at €36 per share, a 19% premium, for all Fnac Darty shares and OCEANEs at €81.09. Preliminary 2025 figures show LFL revenue up 0.7% to €10.33 billion, operating income of €203 million, and free cash flow of €145 million.
