Foghorn Therapeutics launched a reorganization after deciding to stop advancing FHD-909. The company plans to reduce its workforce by about 40%, prioritize development of its proprietary pipeline and end its collaboration with Lilly; no further work is planned on FHD-909 or the selective SMARCA2 degrader program.
