Foghorn Therapeutics provides update on FHD-909 and strategic priorities

Foghorn Therapeutics said it and Eli Lilly will not advance FHD-909 or the selective SMARCA2 degrader program and do not anticipate further collaboration activities. The company plans to focus resources on its wholly owned pipeline, including EP300 and CBP degraders, reduce its workforce by about 40% and align its operating structure. Foghorn expects its cash runway to extend into the second half of 2029.
