Ford says F-150 supplier issue fits within 2026 adjusted EBIT guidance
F•Ford kept its 2026 adjusted EBIT guidance of $10 billion-$11 billion despite a late-September F-150 supplier disruption. Q3 vehicle sales fell 6.6% to 509,764, while retail share rose 0.4% to 12.1%.

Ford described the supplier issue as short term and unrelated to aluminum, and said its expected financial impact was containable within guidance. Q3 F-Series production rose 4.5% to 266,777, including 110,275 Super Duty vehicles, the best quarterly result in 19 years; sales fell due to planned Escape and Corsair phase-outs.
