Fort Technology's Logia USA signs exclusive fuel maintenance distribution deal with SVL
NEXR•Logia USA, a majority-owned subsidiary of Fort Technology, signed an exclusive fuel-maintenance systems distribution agreement with Schwab Vollhaber Lubratt. The agreement covers defined Midwest territories and runs from October 12, 2026, through July 31, 2027, unless terminated earlier.
1. Distribution agreement
Logia USA signed an exclusive agreement giving Schwab Vollhaber Lubratt resale rights for fuel-maintenance systems in defined Midwest territories. The systems are for standby generators at data centers and other mission-critical facilities. The agreement runs from October 12, 2026, through July 31, 2027, unless terminated earlier.
