Fortitude Mining bought 411,522 HeartSciences shares in a private placement on Aug. 12, 2026 at $2.43 each.
The transaction was valued at about $1 million, priced at a 22% premium to the Aug. 12 close.
After the deal, Fortitude Mining's stake totals about 9.4% of issued and outstanding common stock.
The investment is intended to fund operating expenses ahead of an expected H2 2026 business combination closing.
