HSCS•Fortitude appoints new CEO ahead of planned combination
HeartSciences partner Fortitude Mining appointed Jaime Leverton as CEO, effective Sept. 21; Andrea Childs will become chief operating officer.
Leverton is expected to lead the combined company if Fortitude completes its planned business combination with HeartSciences in Q4 2026.
Leverton most recently led institutional digital asset manager ReserveOne; she previously served as CEO of Hut 8.
