Fortune Brands Innovations’ Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary Hiranda S. Donoghue will leave effective July 31, 2026.

Jack N. Melamed will take over as interim Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Melamed is currently Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary.
