Fossil Group elected Wendy Schoppert chair of the board, effective Oct. 2, and elected Sebastian DiGrande and Chandhu Nair as directors at its annual meeting that day. DiGrande joined the Compensation and Talent Management Committee; Nair joined the Audit Committee.
