Franklin Financial Q2 FY26 net income rises 11.89% to $6.61 million

Franklin Financial Services posted Q2 2026 net income of $6.61 million, lifting diluted EPS to $1.47 from $1.32 a year earlier.
Net interest margin widened to 3.5% from 3.21% in Q2 2025, while ROA improved to 1.14% from 1.04%.
Balance sheet and asset quality
Total loans rose to $1.61 billion from $1.52 billion a year earlier; total deposits edged up to $1.92 billion from $1.89 billion.
Asset quality weakened as nonperforming assets climbed to 0.76% of total assets from 0.47% in Q2 2025.
Tangible book value per share increased to $38.9 from $33.2 a year earlier; dividend per share rose to $0.34 from $0.33.
