Freedom Holding Corp announces annual shareholder meeting

Freedom Holding Corp. will hold its 2026 annual stockholders meeting virtually on Sept. 16, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect two Class I directors to serve until the 2029 annual meeting.
A non-binding advisory vote on named executive officer compensation is also scheduled.
Investors will vote on ratifying Deloitte LLP in Kazakhstan as independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2027.
