Freightos posted $7.2 million in revenue for Q1 2026, a 3% increase from Q1 2025. IFRS gross margin was 66.6%, non-IFRS gross margin 73.5%, and IFRS loss widened to $6.5 million versus $4.5 million a year ago. Adjusted EBITDA improved to -$2.8 million from -$3.0 million, and cash and equivalents stood at $23.5 million.
2. Platform Growth Metrics
The Freightos platform facilitated 425,000 transactions, up 15% year-over-year, and onboarded carriers increased to 79 from 71, with Ethiopian Cargo and Air Serbia joining. Unique buyer users rose to approximately 20,600, while gross booking value climbed 24% to $343 million, driven by elevated freight rates and strong WebCargo portal performance.
3. Updated Outlook
For Q2 2026 management forecasts revenue of $7.2–7.4 million (down 0–3% year-over-year) and adjusted EBITDA of -$2.1 to -$2.0 million. Full-year guidance targets $30.2–31.4 million in revenue (3–6% growth) and adjusted EBITDA of -$6.9 to -$6.2 million, maintaining a path to breakeven by end of 2026.
