Fresenius Medical Care Q2 2026 operating income excl. special items climbs 19.6% to EUR 476 million; revenue rises 4.9% to EUR 4.86 billion

Fresenius Medical Care kept its FY 2026 outlook for revenue growth broadly flat. Operating income growth is seen between positive and negative mid-single digits, implying a 10.5%–12.0% margin.
Second-quarter operating income and revenue rise
Fresenius Medical Care Q2 2026 operating income excluding special items rose 19.6% to EUR 581 million as revenue increased 4.9% to EUR 4.86 billion.
- Operating income excluding special items climbed 39.5% to EUR 527 million in Care Delivery, supported by favorable rate effects and TDAPA reimbursement benefits.
- Value-Based Care returned to operating income excluding special items of EUR 18 million, compared with an operating loss of EUR 9 million.
- Care Enablement operating income excluding special items fell 5.5% to EUR 111 million as revenue rose 2.7% to EUR 1.37 billion.
