Fresenius Medical Care welcomes US kidney care national plan
FMS•Fresenius Medical Care welcomed the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Kidney Care National Plan, citing alignment with its existing investments in dialysis innovation, home dialysis access and transplant referrals.

Fresenius Medical Care said the plan supports dialysis innovation, expanded access to home dialysis and streamlined transplant referrals. Its existing initiatives include introducing hemodiafiltration in the U.S. and its Referral Ready program to streamline transplant referrals.
