An affiliate will fund 100% of construction equity and transaction expenses, granting Frontier Power USA a 92.5% stake while Bimergen retains a 7.5% interest and earns a development fee.

4. Deployment Timeline and Technology
All projects will deploy Eos Energy’s Z3 long-duration battery technology under the 2 GWh reservation framework, with execution partners engaged and NTPs expected in mid-2026.
