Frontline completed the sale of two VLCCs, triggering a special one-time dividend of USD 0.8 per share.
The payout adds to the previously declared USD 2.61 per share dividend for Q2 2026.
Record date is set for Sept. 18, 2026; ex-dividend is Sept. 17 in Oslo and Sept. 18 in New York.
Dividends are scheduled for payment around Sept. 28, 2026.
