Webull management commentary on the three months ended June 30, 2026 flagged a revenue jump to $198.83 million from $131.49 million.
Management tied the increase mainly to higher option and equity order flow rebates, supported by stronger trading volumes.
Interest related income rose on higher average margin loan balances and higher average customer cash balances, despite a lower effective federal funds rate.
Net income attributable to the Company was $24.36 million versus a loss of $28.27 million, with adjusted operating profit at $62.59 million.
Operating expenses rose to $153.38 million from $135.22 million, led by brokerage and transaction costs and higher advertising and promotions.
