FSBW•FS Bancorp appointed CEO Matthew D. Mullet to its board and the board of subsidiary 1st Security Bank of Washington, effective October 22, 2026.

Mullet joined FS Bancorp and 1st Security Bank of Washington in July 2011 and became chief financial officer in September 2011.
