FTAI Aviation has finalized the purchase of seven off-lease Airbus narrowbody jets from Air France, consisting of one A318-100, four A319-100 and two A321-200 airframes. This initial tranche marks a significant expansion of its asset portfolio and underscores the company’s capability in end-of-life fleet transactions.

2. Engine and Module Feedstock Boost

The deal supplies FTAI with a fresh inventory of CFM56 engines and modules, essential components for its Aerospace Products and Power platforms. Increased access to these high-demand engines is expected to strengthen FTAI’s Maintenance, Repair and Exchange operations and improve turnaround times.

3. Strengthening Airline Partnership
