Raghuraman brings over 25 years of consulting experience, serving PE firms and retailers globally in commercial strategy and operational improvements.

FTI Consulting has named Anand Raghuraman Senior Managing Director within its Corporate Finance segment, where he will lead retail and consumer products transformation engagements from the Amsterdam office. In this role, he will advise private equity firms and portfolio companies on pre-deal diligence, post-deal optimization, and interim transformation officer duties.

Raghuraman brings more than 25 years of consultancy experience in commercial strategy and operational improvement, having held senior positions at Roland Berger, Riveron, EY, Boston Consulting Group and Kurt Salmon, and serving as SVP of Strategy at Ross Stores. He previously co-founded the Americas Consumer Goods & Retail practice at Roland Berger and advised global PE clients across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia.
