FTI Consulting’s Board of Directors elected Angela Nam as chief financial officer, with her tenure beginning on May 1, 2026. She will serve on the Executive Committee and be based in the New York City office, succeeding interim CFO Paul Linton.

Nam brings over a decade of finance and accounting leadership, most recently serving as CFO and chief accounting officer at FTAI Aviation Ltd. Under her management, FTAI Aviation’s revenues grew from $708 million in 2022 to $2.5 billion in 2025 through strategic pricing, transaction execution and capital markets initiatives.

Paul Linton will support Nam’s onboarding before returning to his prior role as Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. Nam’s appointment is expected to bolster FTI Consulting’s sustainable growth strategy and strengthen its financial planning, reporting and capital markets capabilities.
