FTI Consulting names Cardillo, Czajka, Hoffman managing directors in healthcare transformation practice

FTI Consulting appointed Franco Cardillo, Robin Czajka and Kenneth Hoffman as managing directors in its Healthcare Business Transformation practice.

• Cardillo, based in Charleston, focuses on digital strategy, revenue cycle modernization and consumer-centric operations. He previously served as executive director of digital strategy and operations at the Medical University of South Carolina.
• Czajka, based in Chicago, is a board-certified registered nurse with experience in performance improvement, change management and cost optimization. She previously held executive roles leading clinical operations.
• Hoffman, based in Dallas, has more than 20 years of experience advising on sourcing strategy, managed services and outsourcing agreements. He previously advised healthcare and life sciences organizations.
