FTI Consulting Names M&A Expert Andreas P. Stöcklin for Europe Leadership
FTI Consulting has appointed M&A expert Andreas P. Stöcklin as Senior Managing Director to lead its Continental Europe Transactions practice and join the EMEA management committee. Stöcklin’s 25+ years of experience in cross-border M&A, carve-outs and board advisory will support expansion of the firm’s independent due diligence and valuation services.

FTI Consulting has appointed Andreas P. Stöcklin as Senior Managing Director in its Corporate Finance segment to lead the Transactions practice across Continental Europe and join the EMEA management committee, overseeing M&A, due diligence, carve-out and valuation services.
2. Professional Background
Stöcklin brings more than 25 years of experience in cross-border transactions, independent board advisory and complex carve-outs within telecom, media, technology and business services sectors, having previously held senior leadership roles at Kroll, including head of EMEA Corporate Finance.
