FUJIFILM’s healthcare division received CE mark approval for the ULTRA GI Cycle on the STERRAD 100NX sterilizer, unlocking access to European medical markets. 1. FUJIY Collaborates with ASP to Secure CE Mark for ULTRA GI™ Cycle
ASP International GmbH, a division of Fortive, announced that its ULTRA GI™ Cycle for the STERRAD™ 100NX Sterilizer—developed in partnership with FUJIFILM Healthcare Europe GmbH—has received CE mark approval. The cycle, designed specifically for duodenoscope reprocessing, leverages ALLClear™ Technology to improve microbial reduction by an estimated 4-log reduction over current high‐level disinfection standards. This regulatory milestone clears the way for launch across 27 European markets, positioning FUJIY to capture a share of the €200 million endoscope reprocessing segment. Investors should note that debut installations are planned in five major teaching hospitals in Germany and France by Q3, with roll-out agreements in place covering more than 150 additional sites through 2026.
2. FUJIY Expands Consumer Imaging Portfolio with instax mini Link+™
FUJIFILM North America’s Imaging Division unveiled the instax mini Link+™ smartphone printer, the latest addition to its instant-print portfolio. The mini Link+ delivers credit-card-sized prints in approximately 12 seconds and connects via Bluetooth Low Energy to the free instax mini Link™ app, which now features three new print modes—Party Print, Video Print and Frame Print—designed to drive user engagement and app-based sales of instax film packs. The device, weighing 209 grams with dimensions of 90.3 × 34.6 × 124.4 mm, achieves up to 100 prints per full battery charge. FUJIY anticipates North American roll-out in late Q2, targeting the youth and social-media markets, with initial production volumes scaled to 200,000 units in fiscal 2026. This launch reinforces Fujifilm’s strategy to offset declining analog film revenues and capitalise on the growing instant-photo segment, valued at an estimated $1.1 billion globally.
