The transaction grants Fusion Fuel full rights to 19 clean energy royalties, immediately diversifying its asset base into uranium and natural gas royalties.

2. Portfolio Composition and Geographic Reach

The acquired royalty portfolio includes 16 uranium and 3 natural gas royalties across the Americas, featuring projects in the Athabasca Basin, the Berlin project in Colombia, plus assets in Argentina and Newfoundland, as well as producing natural gas royalties in Alberta providing cash flow.

3. Financial and Strategic Impact

The royalty structure requires no capital expenditures or operating cost obligations, offering high-margin, scalable cash flow and embedded leverage to uranium and gas price appreciation.
