G. Willi-Food Sees 6% Sales Rise, Records NIS 116.6M Pre-Tax Profit
G. Willi-Food International increased sales 6.0% to NIS 610.6 million (US$ 191.4 million) and achieved record income before tax of NIS 116.6 million (US$ 36.5 million) in fiscal 2025. Net profit rose 28.6% to NIS 90.4 million (US$ 28.3 million) and a new refrigerated logistics center is slated for H2 2026.

G. Willi-Food delivered all-time highs in fiscal 2025, with sales up 6.0% to NIS 610.6 million (US$ 191.4 million), gross profit rising 8.4% to NIS 174.8 million (US$ 54.9 million), operating profit up 35.6% to NIS 74.4 million (US$ 23.3 million), income before tax at NIS 116.6 million (US$ 36.5 million) and net profit climbing 28.6% to NIS 90.4 million (US$ 28.3 million).
2. Strategic Initiatives and Logistics Expansion
Management attributed performance to improved commercial terms, a more profitable product mix, expanded portfolio and higher inventory levels supporting demand. A state-of-the-art refrigerated logistics center is under construction and expected to begin operations in the second half of 2026 to enhance storage, distribution and enable entry into chilled and frozen categories.
3. Operational Resilience Amid Regional Security
Despite a complex security environment, including joint military operations in the region, G. Willi-Food maintained full business continuity with no material disruption to production, supply chains or customer deliveries, underscoring the strength of its operations and supply-chain resilience.
