G. Willi-Food targets Aug. 26 as last trading day on Nasdaq ahead of Tel Aviv-only listing
WILC•Planned Nasdaq delisting and Tel Aviv-only listing
G. Willi-Food International plans to voluntarily delist its ordinary shares from Nasdaq, shifting to a sole listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
- The board cited an unnecessary dual listing, with most trading already on TASE; the move is expected to cut U.S. listing costs and sharpen focus on Israel-based operations.
- A Form 25 filing is targeted for about Aug. 17, 2026; the last day of Nasdaq trading is expected no earlier than Aug. 26, 2026.
- The sole TASE listing is intended to take effect upon the U.S. delisting, no earlier than Aug. 27, 2026.
- A Form 15F filing is planned for about Aug. 28, 2026; U.S. reporting obligations are to be suspended immediately, with termination expected within 90 days absent objections.
