Galaxy Completes First 133 MW Helios Delivery to CoreWeave, Generates Revenue
GLXY•Galaxy has delivered the first 133 MW tranche of its Helios capacity to CoreWeave, triggering initial revenue recognition under its multi-year supply agreement. This milestone positions Galaxy to accelerate further Helios deployments and scale revenue contributions from its power infrastructure business.
1. First Helios Delivery Completed
On July 7, 2026, Galaxy shipped the inaugural 133 MW Helios module to CoreWeave, marking the completion of the first phase of its power infrastructure rollout. The delivery reflects successful deployment of Galaxy’s proprietary Helios technology designed to support high-density GPU compute workloads.
2. Initial Revenue Recognition
The handover to CoreWeave has activated billing under a multi-year supply agreement, enabling Galaxy to recognize service fees and bolster near-term cash flow. This first revenue milestone lays the groundwork for recurring income from Helios capacity rentals.
3. Remaining Capacity and Growth Plans
Galaxy plans to deliver additional Helios capacity tranches throughout 2026 to fulfill contracted volumes and expand its customer base. The company aims to leverage growing demand for AI and GPU compute by scaling its power solutions platform across data center operators.
