Galaxy Digital names ex-Xerox CEO Steven Bandrowczak to board, audit committee
GLXY•Bandrowczak joins Galaxy Digital board
Galaxy Digital named Steven Bandrowczak to its board as an independent director, effective immediately. Bandrowczak will join the audit committee.
He previously served as CEO of Xerox from 2022 to 2026, joining in 2018 as president and COO.
His background includes senior technology and operations roles at DHL and Lenovo, focused on data center consolidation and large-scale integrations.
