Replimune announces annual shareholder meeting

Replimune will hold its 2026 annual shareholder meeting virtually on Sept. 15, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on a charter amendment to double authorized common shares to 300,000,000 from 150,000,000.

Ballots also cover an advisory vote on executive pay for the year ended March 31, 2026.

Items include ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers as independent auditor for the year ending March 31, 2027.
