Gallagher acquires Canada-based digital insurance broker Apollo Insurance Solutions

Arthur J. Gallagher agreed to acquire Apollo Insurance Solutions, a Vancouver-based digital insurance broker and managing general agency.

Transaction terms were not disclosed.

Apollo focuses on tenant insurance in Canada, using a proprietary AI-supported platform to streamline insurance placement.

Jeff McCann and the Apollo team will remain in Vancouver, reporting to Dave Partington within Gallagher’s Canadian retail P/C brokerage operations.
