Gallagher acquires New Zealand broker Albany Insurance Services
AJG•Arthur J. Gallagher agreed to buy Albany Insurance Services, a retail broker serving commercial and personal lines in New Zealand. Financial terms were not disclosed.
1. New Zealand operations
Albany Insurance Services operates in the Auckland and Canterbury regions. Jeremy Bleakley’s team will report to Carl O’Shea, who leads Gallagher’s New Zealand retail brokerage operations.
