Game Your Game cuts exercise price on privately placed warrants to $1 a share
GYGY•Game Your Game agreed to reduce the exercise price of Streeterville Capital’s warrants to $1 per share. The changes cover warrants for 250,000 and 1.25 million shares, and Streeterville waived triggers in certain other agreements.
1. Warrant amendments
Game Your Game agreed on Oct. 23, 2026, to reduce the exercise price of Streeterville Capital’s warrants to $1 per share. The amendments cover Debt Warrants for 250,000 shares issued March 31, 2026, and Preferred Warrants for 1.25 million shares issued June 30, 2026.
2. Other agreement terms
The warrants were offered and sold in unregistered private transactions under Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act. Streeterville also waived triggers of certain provisions in other agreements with the company.
