Full-year revenue rose 35% to RMB 6.1 billion with net operating cash inflow of RMB 416 million.

1. Q4 Financial Performance

Gaotu generated RMB 1.7 billion in fourth-quarter revenue, a 21.4% year-over-year increase, with gross profit rising 20.7% to over RMB 1.1 billion and gross margin at 67.9%. Total operating expenses grew 15.0% to RMB 1.3 billion, with a non-GAAP net loss of RMB 76.8 million and net operating cash inflow up 23.1% to RMB 964.8 million.

2. Full-Year 2025 Results

For full-year 2025, revenue reached RMB 6.1 billion, up 35.0% year-over-year, exceeding initial targets, while net operating cash inflow increased by RMB 158 million to RMB 416 million. Deferred revenue rose 23.0% to RMB 2.6 billion, and share repurchases totaled RMB 670 million or 12.8% of shares outstanding.

3. Segment Highlights

The college-student segment grew gross billings over 15% year-over-year, achieved full-year profitability and mid-to-double-digit revenue growth by shifting to stage-aligned solutions and AI integration. Academic tutoring posted a 45% fourth-quarter revenue increase and 9% full-year growth with margin expansion to middle single digits, while traditional business revenue grew nearly 15%.

4. Outlook and Offline Expansion

Management guided first-quarter 2026 revenue to RMB 1,578–1,598 million for 5.7–7.0% growth, expecting double-digit gains in Q2. Offline learning centers have scaled rapidly as a strategic priority, with plans to surpass several listed peers in offline revenue over the coming year by integrating online and offline offerings.
