Cycling users averaged 28.6 miles per ride, 115 minutes duration, 14.89 mph speed and climbed 1,158 feet, boosting average VO2 max to 51.

The average run distance was 4.82 miles (5.1 miles for ages 50–59), with men pacing 9:21 per mile and women 10:11, and Ireland logging the fastest mile at 9:09.

Garmin cyclists averaged 28.59 miles per ride, spent 115 minutes each session and maintained an average speed of 14.89 mph while climbing 1,158 feet. Italy led with the highest average miles per ride (34.73), and overall cyclist VO2 max rose to 51, correlating positively with weekly mileage.
