Gdev filed an amended Form 6-K to correct its July 22, 2026 disclosure on public warrant trading suspension timing.
- Public warrants (CUSIP: G6529J 118) will be suspended on Nasdaq as of the close of business on Aug. 25, 2026.
- A Form 25 to delist the public warrants from the Nasdaq Global Market will be filed once trading is suspended.
