GDEV launched a self-tender offer to repurchase up to USD 20 million of ordinary shares at USD 11.03 each.

• Offer size is capped at 1,813,236 shares; any oversubscription will trigger proration.
• The tender offer expires Sept. 28, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. ET unless extended.
• Repurchased shares will be held as treasury shares for potential future issuance.
