Happy City names Kwok Ho Pan compensation committee chair after Yiu Wai Ming resignation

Independent director Yiu Wai Ming will step down effective Aug. 31, 2026.
Yiu will also leave the compensation committee chair role, plus audit committee and nominating committee posts.
The board size will drop to five directors as of Aug. 31.
Kwok Ho Pan will take over as compensation committee chair effective Aug. 31.
