1. CPG Expansion

Since October 2025, GEN Korean BBQ has grown its consumer packaged goods program from 30 Southern California outlets to over 800 supermarket locations nationwide, expanding beyond ready-to-cook meats to include full meals, side dishes, sauces, SOJU and snacks.

2. Revenue Projections

GEN projects its CPG business will achieve a run rate above $20 million by end-2026 across 1,500–2,000 locations, with a further rollout to 7,000–8,000 locations by end-2027 and a target $100 million run rate within three years.

3. Growth Strategy

Leveraging strong brand recognition—over 50% of CPG buyers are existing restaurant patrons—GEN deploys in-store demos and is working with investment bankers to secure logistics and funding partners to accelerate national expansion and enhance shareholder value.
