Generac Names Borracchini EVP-International Following Campinoti Retirement
GNRC•Generac Holdings has elevated Niccolò Borracchini to Executive Vice President – International, overseeing Generac and Pramac operations outside the U.S. and Canada and reporting directly to CEO Aaron Jagdfeld. The move follows Paolo Campinoti’s retirement after 33 years with Pramac, with Campinoti transitioning to a strategic advisory role.
1. Leadership Transition
Generac has appointed Niccolò Borracchini as Executive Vice President – International, effective immediately. In this role, he will lead all Generac and Pramac-branded business activities outside the U.S. and Canada and will report directly to Chairman, President and CEO Aaron Jagdfeld as part of the Executive Leadership Team.
2. Borracchini's Track Record
Borracchini joined Pramac in 2015 as Corporate General Manager and helped integrate and expand the business globally after Generac’s 2016 acquisition. Promoted to Senior Vice President – International in 2024, he has overseen international support functions and commercial operations across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.
3. Campinoti’s Advisory Role
Paolo Campinoti retired from his executive leadership position on July 1, 2026, after more than three decades at Pramac, most recently serving as EVP – International. He will remain engaged as President – International Development, providing strategic counsel to support continued growth in Generac’s international commercial and industrial markets.
