The acquisition adds specialized engineering and manufacturing capabilities to Generac’s Commercial & Industrial business, targeting the expanding data center market where global capacity could more than triple by 2030 and backup power demand is rising.

Combined with Generac’s new state-of-the-art plants in Beaver Dam and Sussex, Wisconsin, the deal underscores the company’s plan to double C&I product sales and accelerate delivery of power distribution solutions to hyperscale and enterprise data centers.
