Generac’s DR Power Unveils XD20 Rototiller (14.4 ft-lbs) and XD17 Stump Grinder (19.5 ft-lbs)
Generac’s DR Power launched the XD20 rototiller with a 270cc Honda engine delivering 14.4 ft-lbs torque to 14 steel tines, and the XD17 stump grinder with 19.5 ft-lbs torque to a 17-inch wheel. Both models feature 2-year machine and 3-year engine commercial warranties and dual rotation and pivot features.

DR Power has expanded its commercial-grade XD Series with two new machines: the XD20 Rototiller and the XD17 Stump Grinder. The additions aim to serve professional landscapers, rental fleets and serious homeowners with high-torque outdoor power solutions.
2. XD20 Rototiller Specifications
The XD20 Rototiller features a 270cc Honda engine delivering 14.4 ft-lbs of torque to 14 hardened steel bolo tines. It runs tines in simultaneous dual rotation at 240 RPM, offers quick-adjust offset handlebars and a dual-element cyclone air filter for durability in heavy-duty applications.
3. XD17 Stump Grinder Specifications
The XD17 Stump Grinder is powered by a commercial Honda engine producing 19.5 ft-lbs of torque to a 17-inch steel cutting wheel. It includes a pivoting head swivel up to 16.5° for coverage, six 900 Series Greenteeth® carbide teeth, a rubber deflector for debris control, dual disc brakes and an integrated control panel for operator efficiency.
4. Commercial Warranty and Strategic Implications
Both machines carry a 2-year commercial machine warranty and a 3-year commercial engine warranty and are now available for purchase.
