According to the letter, portfolio performance held with properties leased, and the focus now is on fully retiring the remaining Loci Capital preferred equity.

Generation Income Properties announced the availability of a shareholder letter from CEO David Sobelman on Nasdaq compliance actions.
The letter highlights the ongoing Nasdaq review of the company’s stockholders’ equity compliance plan. The common stock must close above $1 for 10 consecutive sessions.
LP unit obligations were amended to remove cash redemption rights, and about $5.3 million was reclassified from liabilities to permanent equity.
