Genius Group Unveils 50% Expansion for Bali City with $19.8M Year-3 Revenue Target
Genius Group unveiled plans for its Bali Genius City project, increasing land to 15,463 sqm and built space to 19,000 sqm, a 50% expansion integrating Student and Learning Hubs. The $27.3M development targets Year-3 revenue of $19.8M and profit of $5.8M, funded partly via $19.7M in debt and tokenized assets.
1. Genius City Project Expansion
Genius Group has increased the scale of its Bali development by 50%, expanding the land area to 15,463 square meters and total built space to 19,000 square meters. The integrated campus will feature a 100-key MICE hotel Living Hub, an 800-seat multipurpose dome Learning Hub and a Youth Club–style Student Hub, all interconnected by AI, VR and Web3 labs. Inspiral Architects, the award-winning firm appointed to lead design, has delivered renderings that blend Buckminster Fuller-inspired bio-architecture with state-of-the-art learning environments. The project is slated for completion in late 2027 and aims to serve both school-age learners and adult professionals seeking lifelong education in AI, blockchain and community innovation.
2. Robust Financial Projections
The total project cost is estimated at $27.3 million, supported by a target funding raise of $19.7 million through a combination of debt and tokenized real-world asset instruments, pending SEC approval and enactment of the GENIUS Act. Genius Group forecasts year-three revenue of $19.8 million and a profit of $5.8 million, underpinned by a mixed-use revenue model that shares co-working, creative labs and tech workshops across hotel, student and corporate retreat segments. The enterprise value of the completed development is projected at $46.4 million. These updated projections exceed those presented in November 2025, when the initial valuation stood at $14 million under the Nuanu Creative City agreement.
3. Strategic Vision and Future Rollout
CEO Roger James Hamilton emphasizes the vision of redefining lifelong learning in a post-Singularity economy, stating the goal to teach the “ABCs of the Future” – AI, Bitcoin & Blockchain and Community. Following the Bali prototype, Genius Group plans to replicate the Genius City model globally, targeting 100 sites designed to prepare learners and organizations for exponential technological disruption. The Company also signaled its intention to register as a nonbank Permitted Payment Stablecoin Issuer and Digital Asset Service Provider under the forthcoming GENIUS Act, positioning itself at the intersection of education, digital finance and AI-powered skill development.
