Genmab will issue 24,592 new shares following the exercise of employee warrants, without pre-emptive rights for existing shareholders.
The move is expected to raise about DKK 37.9 million, with exercise prices in the range of DKK 1,334.5 to DKK 1,615 per share.
The additional shares correspond to about 0.04% of the share capital.
After the transaction, Genmab's nominal share capital will be DKK 62,377,844, consisting of 62,377,844 shares with the same number of voting rights.
