Shares were subscribed in cash at exercise prices ranging from DKK 1,334.5 to DKK 1,948 per share.
Cash proceeds total about DKK 44.3 million.
Share capital will rise to DKK 62,405,855, split into 62,405,855 shares with one vote each.
