Company says it will provide wet lab services
GenScript said it has entered into a collaboration with Lilly TuneLab, the AI/machine learning-based drug discovery collaboration platform of Eli Lilly and Company LLY.N.
GenScript will provide wet lab services to companies participating in Lilly TuneLab, helping them rapidly generate experimental data, translate AI predictions into biologically validated data, and accelerate evaluation of drug candidates.
GenScript shares jump on Lilly TuneLab collaboration
Shares of GenScript Biotech Corp 1548.HK jumped 16.9% to HK$38.06, their highest level since December 2021.
The stock was on track for its biggest one-day percentage gain since July 2024 and was up for a second straight session.
It was the top pct gainer in the Hang Seng Biotech Index .HSBIO, which rose 2.3%.
