GEO Group delivered notice to redeem all USD 650 million of its 8.625% senior secured notes due 2029 on Oct. 15, 2026. The redemption price is USD 1,043.13 per USD 1,000 principal, or about USD 678 million excluding accrued interest, with funding expected by Oct. 14 using net proceeds from recently announced asset sales.
