The payout totals BRL 666.97 million based on current outstanding shares, but will be recalculated using shares outstanding on the credit date. The dividend would be credited Nov. 10, 2026, with payments starting Dec. 15, and represents an advance on the mandatory minimum dividend for the current fiscal year.
