Geron posted Q2 2026 net loss of $16.7 million, or $0.02 per share, versus a $16.4 million loss a year earlier.
Product revenue, net rose 17.28% year over year to $57.5 million, driven by RYTELO net product revenue of $57.5 million.
Total costs and operating expenses climbed to $70 million from $61.5 million, primarily due to non-cash inventory-related expenses.
RYTELO revenue and outlook
RYTELO net product revenue increased 11% versus Q1 2026; demand grew 5% as ordering accounts rose about 8% to roughly 1,575.
Geron reiterated its 2026 RYTELO net product revenue outlook of $220 million to $240 million. Cash and marketable securities totaled $327 million at quarter-end.
